Head To Toe Healing

Meet Jane

It all began when my body finally said no.

Years of stress, pressure and constantly pushing through eventually led to burnout and a growing realisation that health is far broader than simply managing symptoms alone.

My background in nursing, reflexology and body-based therapies gradually shaped a calmer, more grounded understanding of the way bodies adapt under prolonged stress, overload and exhaustion.

Over time, my work has evolved into a reflexology-led, body-first approach focused on supporting the whole person through steady, supportive care.

Many people arrive carrying tension, fatigue, overwhelm or simply the effects of functioning under pressure for too long.

Through reflexology, Chi-informed treatments and energy-based therapies, my aim is to offer a calm, grounded space where the body can slow down, restore balance and soften out of constant effort.

Head to Toe Healing continues to evolve as my understanding deepens, but the heart of the work remains the same:
supporting people through the feet and body with steadiness, care and quiet attention.

My work is shaped by years in nursing, continued learning, and my own experience of what happens when the body finally asks for change.
There came a point when my system could no longer run on pace and pressure.

Slowing down and listening — properly — showed me how much the body communicates when we give it space.
That understanding changed everything.

I went on to study Chi Reflexology and energy-based approaches to healing, discovering how precise, gentle work can restore balance through the whole system. This work taught me to read the body differently — through rhythm, flow and subtle patterns rather than force or intensity.

Today, I bring together my clinical background, Chi- reflexology informed practice and a calm, grounded presence to create a steady space for others.
A space where the body can soften, recalibrate and begin to repair.

My approach is quiet, focused and deeply regulated — working through the feet to support the whole.

Alongside my clinical practice, I also teach…..

My teaching is Chi- reflexology informed and grounded in clarity, pacing and body-led learning.
I introduce techniques in small, absorbable steps, with plenty of space to feel, integrate and understand the work at a deeper level.
It’s a way of teaching that keeps learning calm and precise while honouring the integrity of the Chi Medics approach.
